Wing is seeking a Cold Caller for US markets. The role involves making outbound calls to introduce products, qualifying leads, and converting cold leads into warm prospects. You will update CRM with call notes and targets to meet daily and weekly goals.

The position is remote, with a graveyard shift option, requiring strong English communication and independent work. Training and performance incentives are included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer.
• Strong spoken English and a neutral accent.
• Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts.
• Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Cold Caller to reach out to potential customers in the US markets. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable initiating conversations that create sales opportunities.
