Job description

Overview

CereCore has two positions for Telcor (QML Application) Analysts to join a new project focused on preparing sites ahead of their go-live on MEDITECH Expanse. These analysts will be part of the pre-implementation readiness team, ensuring all lab devices and validation processes are set up correctly for a smooth Expanse transition. You will be working with Telcor QML (Quality Management Laboratory), which is the middleware that connects laboratory analyzers to the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

• Work Setup: 100% remote
• Project Focus: Support pre-Expanse rollout by ensuring device connectivity and completion of validation documentation

Role / Project Focus

The project is centered on validating and optimizing Telcor QML connectivity ahead of Expanse go-lives. Analysts will operate across two main capacities:

1. Device Connectivity and Interface Setup

• Collaborate with local IT, Lab, and network/firewall teams to connect lab devices to the Telcor QML environment.
• Access and configure servers to manage connectivity and resolve communication issues.
• Requires solid interface, middleware, and technical troubleshooting experience.

2. Validation Packet and Testing Support

• Partner with laboratory sites to run validation tests, collect screenshots, and compile documentation packets.
• Finalize validation materials for Medical Director review and approval.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and understanding of lab workflows are key.

Candidate Profile

• Background in Lab integrations – familiarity with lab instruments, HL7 interfaces, and data validation processes.
• Strong lab interfacing and middleware experience, preferably with Telcor QML or similar applications (Data Innovations, Instrument Manager, Orchard Copia, etc.).
• Proven experience connecting lab instruments/devices to middleware and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Experience working with or supporting MEDITECH, Cerner, or other LIS/EHR systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
