Cross Island YMCA is seeking a Teen Coordinator to lead and manage teen programs at the branch, under the Youth & Family Director. You will oversee staff, program development, outreach, and partnerships with local schools, while measuring impact for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A college degree in Education or Social Work is desirable.
