Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a part-time Teen Coordinator to lead and support teen programs across multiple branches, including Chester and Petersburg. The role prioritizes positive youth development, supervision, and engaging activities for teens and their families.

The position requires at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Two years of related youth/teen program experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan programming and supervise teen activities.
• Assist with teen operations across branches.
• Supervise children and ensure safety.
• Work approximately 25 hours per week; nights and weekends required.
