Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond's Atlee Station Family YMCA is seeking a positive role model to plan and coordinate Active Older Adults and Youth & Family Programs. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour.

The Coordinator will develop program calendars, assist with staff recruitment and training, and help manage budgets while ensuring program excellence and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years relevant work experience (preferably with older adults and youth & family).
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Positive role model with planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan a yearly calendar of events for programs.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, supervising staff or volunteers.
• Ensure coverage for all scheduled shifts and fill in as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Assist in developing the department budget and managing expenditures.
