Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta seeks a Teen Services Coordinator to plan, promote, implement and evaluate programs for club teens under supervision of the Program Director. The role emphasizes youth development outcomes and engagement in club activities.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience or formal training with teens.
• Experience in programming for teen interest and participation.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, promote, implement and evaluate teen programs.
• Orient new members to teen programs, safety rules and events.
• Supervise volunteers and program assistants; maintain attendance records.
• Monitor safety and program quality; recognize participant achievements.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and maintain a productive work environment.
