Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley is seeking a Program Assistant for Teen Services in Sonoma Valley. This part-time role supports teens in grades 6–12 with engaging activities, safe supervision, and positive youth development.

You will work under the Sr. Director of Teen Programs, 20–25 hours per week, with afternoon availability, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive program environment for youth and staff alike.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available Monday–Friday, 2:00–7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays 12:15–7:00 p.m.
• Must pass DOJ & FBI fingerprint clearance (if 18 or older) and provide a negative TB test.
• Completion of Mandated Reporter training prior to working with youth and bi-annual recertification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the care, safety, and supervision of youth members (6th–12th grade).
• Lead and facilitate engaging programs for groups up to 20 members.
• Maintain safety and inclusivity in all activities.
• Complete and maintain safety incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with youth and colleagues in person and in writing.
