Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley is seeking a Program Assistant for Teen Services in Sonoma Valley. This part-time role supports teens in grades 6–12 with engaging activities, safe supervision, and positive youth development.

You will work under the Sr. Director of Teen Programs, 20–25 hours per week, with afternoon availability, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive program environment for youth and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available Monday–Friday, 2:00–7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays 12:15–7:00 p.m.
• Must pass DOJ & FBI fingerprint clearance (if 18 or older) and provide a negative TB test.
• Completion of Mandated Reporter training prior to working with youth and bi-annual recertification.

BGCSV is recruiting Program Assistants for our club programs at our sites in Sonoma.**JOB SUMMARY**Under the direction of our Sr. Director of Teen Programs, this position will support our programs for teens in the valley. Program Assistants provide direct service to our club members.
