Teen Program Recruitment & Enrollment Administrator

Pay Range: $22.53–$23.31 per hour, based on education and experience

The Teen and College Access Program Recruitment & Enrollment Administrator reports to the Teen and College Access Program Manager. The role works to market and promote program, recruit and successfully enroll students in the Teen and College Access Program. The role is responsible for compliance of student files and accuracy of data collected and provides regular communication to students and families.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and secure outreach opportunities to share program with 19121/19132 residents.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities at local schools.
  • Develop relationships with local teachers, guidance counselors, community organizations and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that program stays in compliance with external grants and internal reporting structures by making sure data is accurately collected, tracked and reported in both the school year and summer programs:
    • Enroll students in program, facilitate the process of collecting up to date, required student documentation and maintain accurate student files.
  • Facilitate the sign-in and out process and track student attendance and participation in internal and external databases.
  • Track student progress towards earning incentives and issue stipends.
  • Ensure successful yearly audits.
  • Maintain regular communications with families and students via weekly emails, social media posts, and posting announcements on program bulletin board.
  • Organize and chaperone program field trips; supports program events.
  • Completes professional development as determined by grant funders, internal requirements, and Manager assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, or HighSchool Diploma andequivalent experience (2 years). Proof of Education (diploma or transcript) required.
  • Minimum 1-year professional marketing, promotion and recruitment experience.
  • FBI, Criminal History, Child Abuse and National Sex Offender Registry clearance required.
  • Health Assessment with negative TB test required.
  • PA Driver's license with clean driving record
