Job summary

The Israeli-American Council (IAC) in New Jersey seeks a full-time Eitanim Facilitator in Tenafly to lead teen leadership sessions, create an engaging learning environment, and foster meaningful connections with participants and families.

You will plan and adapt content, maintain communication with teens and parents, and collaborate with the regional team to ensure successful program delivery; Hebrew and English fluency, strong organization, and youth experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology.
• Experience working with teens in educational or youth settings.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and regional events.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and quality of Eitanim programs and events.
• Facilitate all program sessions, including attendance and post-session summaries.
• Coordinate guest speakers, mentors, and judges.
• Communicate follow-up actions to participants and families.
• Submit evaluations and recommendations to the National Director.
• Participate in national events and trainings, and collaborate with the regional team.
• Represent IAC professionally as a positive ambassador.
