Job summary

Israeli American Council in New Jersey seeks an IAC Eitanim Facilitator to lead teen leadership sessions and foster an engaging learning environment for participants and families.

You will plan content, maintain ongoing communication with teens and parents, and report to the NJ Eitanim Program Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating guest speakers, mentors, and events, with regular engagement through group platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL) in education or youth programs.
• Proactive, creative, energetic and self-motivated personality.
• Experience working with teens in educational, leadership, youth development, or community settings.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and quality of Eitanim programs, sessions, and events.
• Facilitate all program sessions and maintain attendance records.
• Coordinate guest speakers, judges, and mentors.
• Communicate follow-up assignments and action items to participants.
• Submit session evaluations and recommendations to the National Director.
• Participate in national events, staff trainings, and regional activities.
• Collaborate with regional teams for successful planning and execution.
