The Israeli-American Council (IAC) in New Jersey seeks a full-time Eitanim Facilitator in Tenafly to lead teen leadership sessions, create an engaging learning environment, and foster meaningful connections with participants and families.
You will plan and adapt content, maintain communication with teens and parents, and collaborate with the regional team to ensure successful program delivery; Hebrew and English fluency, strong organization, and youth experience are essential.

Job Purpose:
The IAC Eitanim Facilitator leads and facilitates teen leadership and educational sessions, creates an engaging and supportive learning environment, and fosters meaningful connections with participants and their families. This role includes planning and adapting program content, maintaining ongoing communication with teens and parents, and building a strong sense of community through regular engagement and group communication platforms. He/She will report to the IAC NJ Eitanim Program Manager.
