Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create impactful, fun programming with teens (grades 8–12).
• Coach teens on recruitment and retention to grow chapters.
• Help build chapter calendars and maintain a sustainable programming cadence.
• Be present at chapter events, providing guidance and mentorship as the adult in the room.
• Ensure chapter participation in region-wide and organization-wide initiatives.
