BBYO in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Chapter Specialist to work with teens in grades 8-12, developing engaging programs, building chapter calendars, and driving member engagement. You will coach teen leaders, attend events, and collaborate with a regional team to share best practices.
Ideal candidates are 3+ years post-high school, able to travel to events, and commit 5–10 hours weekly. Pay is $18/hour; fall and spring conventions required.
