Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least three years working with teens.
• Experience in teen programming and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Foster teen engagement by delivering youth development outcomes.
• Promote daily teen programs and events aligned with our values.
• Orient new members to programs, events, and club safety rules.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members, including dress code adherence.
• Implement, monitor and evaluate programs for safety and quality.
• Maintain attendance records and monitor participation.
• Supervise volunteers and program assistants.
• Ensure supplies are ordered within budget and kept organized.
• Maintain a neat, attractive program area and bulletin boards.
