Lawgistics Inc. is seeking a full‑time in‑office IT support specialist in California to assist end users with Microsoft Office, printers, and remote access. The role emphasizes customer service, rapid learning, and advancement within a cloud/security‑mired IT outsourcing firm.

We value friendly communication and a proactive attitude. Candidates should have a CSIS-related degree or equivalent IT experience; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with Microsoft Office and other applications.
• Assist end users with installation of printers, scanners, webcams and other peripherals.
• Troubleshooting remote access issues.
• Provide mobile device support.
• Build new desktop/laptop PCs from image or via automation.
• Work on productivity related PowerShell scripts.
• Support endpoint aspects of projects.
• Manage end user communications for assigned clients.
• Coordinate actions with the Infrastructure Team on assigned clients.
• Occasional work at client premises.

Prerequisites for the position are:

• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• A strong desire to learn and advance in the IT field
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline; or an associate’s degree and two years of IT experience. Current Microsoft certifications a plus!
