Window World of Long Island is seeking a skilled Service Technician/Field Supervisor to join our team. You will travel to customer homes to perform service work, warranty repairs, and troubleshooting for windows, doors, siding, roofing, and related exterior products.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, carpentry, window/door installation, siding, roofing or related trades preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using ladders and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Basic measuring and math skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve product, installation and performance-related issues.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, replacements, and touch-up work as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

• Document service calls, completed work and materials used.
• Work closely with installation, production and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing product and technical training.
