Job summary

SERVPRO of Denver Southeast is seeking a Mitigation/Restoration Technician to assist with water, mold, and fire damage projects. You’ll perform cleanup, extraction, and restoration tasks as part of a dedicated crew.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, maintaining clean vehicles, and preparing rooms for work. A valid driver’s license is required, some night/weekend work may be needed, and on-call bonuses are offered with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy lifting, operating equipment, and general labor in restoration environments.
• WRT certification is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment and supplies for each project.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes per SERVPRO guidelines and Crew Chief instructions.
• Relay customer needs and concerns.
• End-of-day cleanup and breakdown to leave sites orderly.

POSITION: Mitigation/Restoration Technician

COMPENSATION: $22-$25/Hr. depending on experience, + OT and on Call Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates with experience with heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/ restoration, and/or general labor would be successful in this role
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Having your WRT Certification is preferred
• Must have a professional appearance and a great attitude
• Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services
• Some night and weekend work is required
