Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Denver is hiring a Mitigation/Restoration Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing work sites, operating equipment, and ensuring job sites are clean and orderly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy lifting and construction/restoration and must possess a valid driver’s license and WRT Certification. The position offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Mitigation/Restoration Technician

Compensation

$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in heavy lifting, operating machinery, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/restoration, or general labor will be successful.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must have your WRT Certification.
• Must have a professional appearance and a great attitude.
• Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24‑hour emergency services.
• Some night and weekend work is required.

Job Description

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms or areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction.
• Relay customer needs and concerns.
• Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites looking clean and orderly.
