Job summary

SERVPRO Colorado Springs SE is seeking a motivated restoration technician to support our water, mold, and large loss fire restoration projects. You will help respond to emergencies and perform hands-on restoration tasks to help victims recover from property damage.

The role offers on-site work with opportunities for advancement within a leading SERVPRO franchise network. Training, bonuses, and a path to growth are provided as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy lifting, operating equipment, cleaning/restoration or general labor.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong attitude and excellent customer service.
• Be willing to be on call; some night/weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and loading of the work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction.
• Relay customer needs and concerns.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown; leave sites clean and orderly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates with experience in heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/ restoration, and/or general labor would be successful in this role
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Must have great attitude and excellent customer service
• Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services
• Some night and weekend work are required
