Job summary

SERVPRO Colorado Springs SE is seeking motivated teammates for restoration projects. The role involves loading vehicles with equipment, preparing spaces for water, fire, and mold restoration, and maintaining clean, organized work sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/restoration or general labor.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Willing to be on call occasionally due to 24-hour emergency services; some night/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and loading of vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting water, demolition, placing equipment).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production tasks following SERVPRO guidelines and supervisor directions.
• Relay customer needs and concerns; complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup.

• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction
• Relay customer needs and concerns
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites looking clean and orderly
