Job summary

SERVPRO Denver is seeking a Mitigation/Restoration Technician to support emergency response, water and fire damage restoration, and related tasks. You’ll load equipment, prepare sites, and operate gear while maintaining clean, safe vehicles and work areas.

The role requires some night and weekend work, a valid driver’s license, and a professional, can-do attitude. Travel within the local area may be involved as part of restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting, operating machines/equipment, cleaning/janitorial work, construction/restoration, or general labor experience would be successful in this role.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• WRT Certification is preferred.
• Professional appearance and a great attitude are essential.
• Must be willing to be on call due to 24-hour emergency services.
• Some night and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO guidelines and Crew Chief instructions.
• Relay customer needs and concerns.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving sites clean and orderly.

COMPENSATION:

$22-$25/Hr. depending on experience, + OT and on Call Bonus
