Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean operating systems in manufacturing or service sectors.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and frontline teams in problem solving.
• Experience with Kaizen events and daily management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, governance, and sustainment of Flight Path within the assigned Value Stream.
• Partner with leadership to identify and execute improvement opportunities targeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams in Lean leadership behaviors and structured problem solving.
• Lead and develop the CI team, including talent development and deployment of resources.
• Facilitate value stream assessments and operational reviews to remove waste and improve performance.
• Develop, monitor, and improve daily management systems and visual management processes.
• Analyze performance data and implement sustainable countermeasures to improve outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Conduct Gemba walks and validation activities to assess implementation effectiveness.
