Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Vendor Manager to support the IT organization in vendor governance across the lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding, reviews, renewals, and offboarding while ensuring documentation and performance data are up to date.

You will work with IT leaders, service owners, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to monitor contracts, SLAs, and KPIs, driving improvements and ensuring adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Experience with vendor management and governance processes.
• Ability to coordinate with IT leaders and service owners.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with vendor performance management and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, classification, governance, renewal, and offboarding per IT Vendor Management Policy.
• Serve as primary liaison between IT leaders, service owners, vendors, Procurement, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate vendor, contract, ownership, and governance data in designated systems.
• Coordinate periodic vendor reviews, gather performance data, and schedule/ document meetings with follow-up actions.
• Monitor vendor performance against contracts, SLAs, and KPIs; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, and other assessments with SMEs; track actions to completion.
• Support renewal reviews by providing performance, risk, and financial data to IT leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings and track issues, decisions, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain vendor management templates, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance on vendor processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Support maturity and automation initiatives of the IT Vendor Management program.
