Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience managing vendor portfolios and coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, contract administration, procurement processes, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of technology vendors from evaluation through renewal or termination.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of vendors, contracts, milestones, and governance records.
• Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and governance across multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate vendor reviews and business discussions, tracking commitments to completion.
• Support vendor evaluations, market analyses, and sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain visibility into vendor performance, spend, and contract obligations.
