San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union seeks an Operations & Technology Coordinator to connect employees, vendors, and partners, translating technical details into plain language for all audiences. This full-time role focuses on cross‑department coordination, vendor management, and guiding projects from planning to delivery.

You’ll join meetings, track next steps, coordinate access and information, and help move initiatives forward with clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Qualifications

• Required knowledge and skills: exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong vendor coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand and translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organization, project coordination, and follow-through.
• Comfortable participating in meetings and coordinating across departments.
• Ability to learn technology platforms and operational processes quickly.
• Resourceful problem-solving and ability to escalate when needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general business technology.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Service-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with people at all levels.
