San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union seeks an Operations & Technology Coordinator to connect employees, vendors, and partners, translating technical details into plain language for all audiences. This full-time role focuses on cross‑department coordination, vendor management, and guiding projects from planning to delivery.
You’ll join meetings, track next steps, coordinate access and information, and help move initiatives forward with clear communication and reliable follow-through.
At San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, service excellence is more than an expectation. It is how we show up for our members, non-members, and teammates every day. Our Service Standards of Professional Integrity, Personal Engagement, Proactive Support, and Excellence in Service reflect our core values of Dependability, Passion, Collaboration, Empathy, and Community and support our mission to leverage our collective resources to help one another thrive.
As an Operations & Technology Coordinator, you will serve as a connector between our employees, vendors, technology partners, and operational needs. This is not a traditional IT help desk position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, great with people, highly organized, and able to translate technical information into language others can understand.
You will coordinate vendor relationships and projects, support technology implementations and integrations, assist with facilities needs, and help ensure internal teams and external partners have the information, access, and resources needed to move projects forward. You will participate in meetings across departments, ask the right questions, track next steps, follow up with vendors, and help turn conversations into action.
Required knowledge and skills:
Advanced IT expertise is not required. We are looking for someone with strong technology aptitude who can connect the right people, ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly, and keep work moving.
No two days will look exactly the same. You might start your morning following up with a facilities vendor, then join a meeting with Marketing and a technology provider to help coordinate a new integration. Later, you may connect that vendor with our core system provider, clarify what information or access is needed, document next steps, and make sure everyone knows who owns what.
Throughout the day, you may assist an employee with a technology question, coordinate equipment or facility needs, track an implementation deadline, gather a vendor quote, or help test a new system or digital service. You will spend a lot of your time communicating, coordinating, problem-solving, and following through.
If you enjoy being the person who can bring people together, make sense of moving pieces, and say, "I'll figure out who we need and get this moving," you may be exactly who we are looking for.
This full-time role includes a competitive salary of $48,000-$62,000 annually and a benefits package designed to support your health and financial wellness: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; a Flexible Spending Account; Paid Time Off; and access to a Snack/Drink Room.
