Job summary

Elevations Credit Union seeks a Vendor & Continuity Coordinator to coordinate Vendor Management and the Business Continuity Program, supporting coworkers and ensuring smooth program operation. The role requires clear thinking, multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently for much of the workload.

You will work with legal and vendor teams, maintain documentation, and help monitor risks and continuity activities in a collaborative, hybrid Colorado office environment.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study in business or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and credit union operations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships while safeguarding confidential information.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist legal department management with the vendor management program administration.
• Assist vendor owners through onboarding, due diligence, performance metrics, reporting, escalations and termination.
• Assist legal counsel in review of contracts and agreements.
• Maintain and enhance the Business Continuity Program with annual BAM updates and tabletop exercises.
• Maintain systems for vendor management, business continuity and other legal systems.
