Capital Health is seeking a Sr. Director of Technology Transformation to oversee modernizing the organization's IT landscape, including cloud adoption, security, and telecom/platform modernization.

This leadership role reports to the CIO and directs IT Security and Infrastructure Engineering. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT leadership, deep cloud and security expertise, and a track record of large-scale modernization in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS or Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL are desirable.
• Experience with cloud migration and telecom infrastructure modernization.
• Strong familiarity with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 regulatory frameworks.

Reporting directly to the CIO, this role fills critical gaps in strategic thinking, innovation, and execution across IT Security, Infrastructure Engineering, and Telecom/Platform modernization. The Sr. Director will provide strategic oversight to the IT Security and IT Infrastructure Engineering Directors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and introducing agile and innovative practices. This position will lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize telecom systems, migrate PACS platforms to the cloud, and enhance the organization's overall IT security posture.## **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:****Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS or Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL are highly desirable.**Experience:** 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with expertise in security, infrastructure, and cloud platforms. Experience with cloud migration and telecom infrastructure modernization.**Other Credentials:****Knowledge and Skills:** Strong familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale modernization projects. Deep expertise in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, telecom, and IT infrastructure.
