Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Transformation Content & Change Lead to guide content strategy and editorial planning across transformation programs. You’ll translate complex tech initiatives into executive-ready narratives, presentations, and adoption resources.

Based in Austin, this on-site role collaborates with the Transformation Management Office and senior leaders to drive readiness, measurement, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in strategic communications, content strategy, change management, or related fields
• Proven ability to create executive and employee content for technology or organizational transformations
• Excellent writing, communication, storytelling, and multichannel content development skills
• Experience conducting or supporting business impact analysis and translating findings into targeted communications
• Working knowledge of change management, including stakeholder analysis, readiness, engagement, adoption, and reinforcement
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders and SMEs

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and editorial planning for technology transformation initiatives
• Translate business impact analysis and transformation decisions into clear narratives and leader materials
• Create executive communications, presentations, digital content, and adoption resources
• Support initiatives across operating model transformation, AI, enterprise delivery enablement, and vendor management
• Collaborate with Transformation Management Office and change partners to ensure readiness and alignment
