Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology and Business Strategy in Southlake, TX. You will shape the future direction of Schwab's technology organization, guiding enterprise initiatives and partnering with CIO/CTO leadership to influence investments, operating models, and executive decisions.

You will mentor 1–3 junior members, drive cross-functional programs from ideation to execution, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executives and regulatory audiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, technology strategy or related strategic work.
• Proven track record leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution with executive recommendations.
• Experience guiding teams in a consultative setting and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to develop presentations, communicate complex ideas, and influence senior leaders.
• Strong facilitation skills and capability to drive alignment across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning efforts and evaluate emerging technologies and trends.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and boards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members while managing 1–3 junior staff.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning digital client experiences, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization.
