Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess innovations and determine marketability; prepare concise marketing information.
• Prepare confidential disclosure agreements; negotiate license terms; draft license agreements.
• Manage IP activities and coordinate with external legal counsel; report to Executive Director of UM Ventures.
