Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years patent, copyright, or IP commercialization experience.
• Experience with technology transfer and licensing in academia, government, or industry.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and commercialization processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess innovations and determine market potential and IP protection required.
• Prepare confidential disclosure agreements and license drafts for review.
• Manage IP activities with external legal counsel and licensing partners.
