Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven (7) years of professional experience in managing business operations.
• Two (2) years of experience supervising or managing professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UM Ventures administration team responsible for IP disclosures intake and triage.
• Ensure compliance with federal and non-federal funding obligations and license reports.
• Process and maintain agreements and amendments; ensure IP/patent formalities are filed timely.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop/implement office policies and procedures.
