Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 years of experience or more.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience in technology transfer, IP, or licensing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage invention disclosure process and educate MU faculty and staff on technology transfer.
• Lead IP efforts: evaluate disclosures, formulate IP strategies, engage patent attorneys, and oversee prosecution.
• Lead marketing efforts: assess market opportunities, develop strategies and materials.
• Lead licensing efforts: negotiate license, collaboration, NDA, MTA agreements, and related contracts.
• Manage licensee compliance and long-term relationships.
