Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital seeks a Contracts professional to assist the Technology & Innovation Development Office in negotiating and securing transfer of hospital-owned technology. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex IP licenses, sponsored research agreements, and alliance agreements with non-profit and for-profit entities.

You will work with senior staff to draft, review, and negotiate agreements, advise on technology transfer matters, and support training and collaboration

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond promptly to emails and information requests.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate academic and industry collaboration agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate inter-institutional agreements and material licenses and IP licenses.
• Assist other departments with review of IP terms in their agreements.
