Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital seeks a Contracts Specialist to assist the TIDO Contracts Manager and Director in day-to-day operations. You will help draft, negotiate and secure transfer of hospital-owned technology to partners, including IP licenses and sponsored research agreements.

Responsibilities include working with academic and industry collaborators, inter-institutional agreements, and material licenses, while ensuring HIPAA/GDPR compliance and BCH policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assist drafting, reviewing and negotiating academic and industry collaboration agreements.
• Assist with inter-institutional agreements and material licenses, including IP licenses.
• Support review of IP terms in agreements for other departments.
• Provide independent negotiation support for research agreements and IP licenses.
• Advise on resolving contractual disputes and ensuring compliance with policies.
