Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required.
• Master's degree in science, engineering, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, solicits, and manages novel technologies for potential licensing opportunities.
• Drafts and negotiates licensing and optioning agreements with clear business terms.
• Builds and maintains a network of local, regional, national and international partners.
• Prepares technical summaries, conference presentations, and reports on licensing activities.
• Establishes policies and procedures for evaluating and marketing technology. Develops annual strategies.
• Advises and educates inventors on commercialization of research and technology.
