  • Drafts and negotiates licensing and option agreements, translating science into business terms.
  • Develops and maintains a network of partners and collaborators across sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate technology licensing opportunities and manage external relationships.
  • Draft and negotiate licensing contracts and NDAs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Educate researchers on commercialization pathways and advise on strategy.
