Job summary

Must have at least four years of legal experience in IP and technology transactions.
Strong interest in technology transactions for M&A matters and venture capital clients.
Excellent research, analytical, drafting and communication skills.
Commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
JD is required.
Admission to the state bar of the office in which the candidate would be located.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, partnering, licensing, and other commercial agreements for life sciences and tech clients.
Work with technology companies to advise on product strategy, development, and market positioning.
Assist in advising on corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, licensing, and product development across sectors.
Assist in navigating IP and technology aspects of complex M&A, public offerings, and VC financings.
Conduct research and analysis on a range of technologies including AI, fintech, autonomous vehicles, edtech, energy, AR/VR, cybersecurity, biotech, and digital health.
