An international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an experienced Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join its leading Technology Transactions Practice Group in San Francisco. The role focuses on high-impact IP and commercial transactions for cutting-edge technology clients across the globe.

The candidate should have a JD from a top-tier law school, California bar admission, 3–6 years of IP and commercial transactions experience, and a strong background in tech agreements, licensing, and

Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
3–6 years of IP and commercial transactions experience in a law firm.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology and IP agreements including licensing, development, services, supply and distribution, manufacturing and collaborations.
Provide IP diligence and strategic counseling in connection with M&A, equity financing, E-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions.
Collaborate with internal corporate, litigation, and regulatory teams to address IP-related risks and strategy.
Advise clients on structuring commercial transactions that align with evolving business models and technology trends.
Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and craft tailored legal solutions.
Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and client growth initiatives.
