Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics, sustainable manufacturing, or industrial engineering preferred
• 3+ years in technical service or equivalent environment
• Experience delivering training in technical or operational environments, including virtual/remote formats
• Ability to build trust and credibility when interacting with individuals and groups
• Strong written and verbal communication for training and documentation
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (~40%)
• Work in open offices and at industrial sites; capable in various environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for external customers and internal teams
• Create and update training materials, documentation, and learning content
• Assess training needs during customer interactions and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Leadership to close skill gaps
• Support customers during implementation to enable adoption of TOMRA technology
• Contribute to digital learning platforms, knowledge bases, webinars, and online courses
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Deliver training initiatives on time and to high quality
• Promote Safety First culture across company and customers
