Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Trainer to design, manage, and grow the Internal Technical University. You will build structured curricula, certification pathways, and role-based development plans to scale technical capability across the organization.

Collaborating with Engineering, Support, Field, and Ops, you’ll ensure training aligns with service delivery and improves diagnostic quality and customer outcomes, while measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical, engineering, Learning and Development or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in technical support or field service training, curriculum development, or capability building.
• Strong understanding of Adult/Technical Learning principles and diagnostic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the Internal Technical University framework across the organization.
• Build curricula and certification frameworks for internal role-based development.
• Align training with real-world service demands and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Field teams to ensure program relevance.
• Measure effectiveness and continuously improve curricula and certifications.
