Job summary

Trinity Solar is launching an 18-month Technology Trainee rotation within the Business Technology (BT) Division in Iselin, New Jersey. You will rotate across Application Development, Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation, Infrastructure, Data, and Project Management, building foundational technical and business knowledge while contributing to real-world projects.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and developing independent judgment are required to support system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a tech field.
• Internship or academic project experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across multiple BT functions.
