Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is launching its 2027 Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, TN. This 12-month rotation program exposes you to information security, digital, AI and data analytics, and IT operations, with mentorship, hands-on projects, and structured learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, MIS, or related field.
• Internship, co-op, project, or work experience in IT or related technical field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across IT functions to gain broad exposure to Tractor Supply’s technology environment.
• Partner with IT professionals to understand processes, systems, and development practices.
• Contribute to business and technology initiatives through guided assignments and projects.
• Build foundational knowledge across development, cybersecurity, data analytics, infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Apply technical concepts and problem-solving to support business objectives.
