Auto Club Enterprises, the core organization behind AAA, seeks a Technology Talent and Capability Program Manager to shape scalable learning strategies and capability roadmaps across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. You will partner with senior leaders to close skills gaps, drive role-based pathways, and accelerate time-to-proficiency through labs and certifications.

The role emphasizes data-driven workforce planning, measurement of learning impact, and alignment with evolving business priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor's equivalent degree and experience required.
4-6 years experience in talent development, workforce transformation, or capability building needed.
Understanding of modern learning methodologies (digital, experiential, cohort-based).
Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics).
Familiarity with structured skills frameworks and competency models.

Responsibilities

Deliver scalable learning strategies to accelerate workforce readiness and proficiency across critical roles.
Measure impact of skill development using capability dashboards and insights for leadership decisions.
Partner with business and tech leaders to identify current and future skill requirements.
Develop capability roadmaps across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, software engineering, infrastructure, and product delivery.
Conduct capability assessments and skills gap analyses to drive targeted interventions.
Monitor AI and emerging tech impacts on skills and organizational readiness.
