Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Technology Talent and Capability Program Manager to lead scalable learning strategies, role-based pathways, and certification programs that accelerate time-to-proficiency in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics. You will build capability roadmaps, measure impact with dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to align skills with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years in talent development, workforce transformation, or capability building in tech organizations.
• Understanding of modern learning methodologies: digital, experiential, and cohort-based learning.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics) and their impact on workforce skills.
• Familiarity with structured skills frameworks, proficiency models, and competency frameworks.
• Understanding of workforce analytics, measurement approaches, and learning impact evaluation.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and transformation strategies.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise capability and learning strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Skilled in analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to translate emerging technology trends into workforce capability strategies.
• Balance strategic planning with execution and deliver long-term vision with near-term impact.
• Design scalable learning solutions, including role-based journeys and certification pathways.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving with connection to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; present complex insights clearly.
• Project and program management to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
