You’ll partner with leaders to map current and future skill needs, build role-based journeys, and deploy labs, certifications, and hands-on experiences to accelerate proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's level education or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 4–6 years experience in talent development, workforce transformation, or capability building within technology-driven organizations.
• Understanding of modern learning methodologies (digital, experiential, cohort-based).
• Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics and their impact on workforce skills.
• Familiarity with structured skills frameworks and competency models.
• Experience with workforce analytics and learning impact evaluation.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and transformation strategies.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise capability and learning strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate emerging technology trends into workforce capability strategies.
• Strong analysis of workforce data to identify skills gaps and drive insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Project and program management to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Deliver scalable learning strategies and role-based learning journeys with certification paths and applied learning experiences.
• Measure impact with capability dashboards and workforce insights for leadership decisions.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify current and future skill requirements.
• Develop capability roadmaps across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, software engineering, infrastructure, and product delivery.
• Conduct workforce capability assessments and skills gap analyses to identify barriers and drive interventions.
• Maintain a forward-looking view on AI and emerging technologies shaping roles and readiness.
