Inceed, in partnership with a great company, is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to join their team in Oklahoma City. This contract role focuses on resolving application, hardware, and integration issues to keep store systems running smoothly in a multi-location restaurant environment.

You will provide daily support for food service applications and hardware, handle tickets, troubleshoot POS and KDS, and coordinate with store teams and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of hands-on technical support experience.
• Experience supporting store-level applications and hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Experience using IT ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support nontechnical users effectively.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend support.

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technology Support Analyst to join their team!

This contract opportunity supports restaurant technology operations across multiple locations. The role focuses on resolving application, hardware, and integration issues quickly to help keep store systems running smoothly.

++Key Responsibilities & Duties:++

• Provide daily support for food service applications and hardware.
• Receive, prioritize, and resolve support tickets through completion.
• Troubleshoot POS, payment, kiosk, and KDS issues.
• Support back‑office, inventory, and system integrations.
• Assist with end‑of‑day processing and sales reconciliation.
• Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and internal IT partners.
