Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Manager for Technology Consulting, Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) and Technology Strategy & Operations (TSO).

This full-time role entails leading technology-driven business transformations, client engagements, and cross-functional team leadership. You will mentor teams, deliver executive-level analyses and presentations, and develop strategic roadmaps with heavy emphasis on DevOps, Cloud, IoT, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years progressive experience; or Master’s degree plus 4 years.
• 2 years of business technology or management consulting experience.
• Experience in at least two of listed technology areas (IT service management, asset mgmt, software selection, solution architecture, development, operations, ERP/CRM/WMS, cloud, data/infrastructure).
• 2 years of business experience in corporate strategy, M&A, finance, supply chain, or HR.
• 2 years in data/financial analysis, reporting and costing.
• 2 years presenting to EVP/C-level leaders.
• 2 years leading and mentoring teams; 2 years managing day-to-day project tasks.
• Travel up to 60%, including up to 50% international.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-enabled business model transformation engagements.
• Develop executive-level presentations and client interviews.
• Coach leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and cost-benefit analyses.
• Mentor diverse teams and drive practice initiatives.
